My WHY
My daughter is my inspiration for all that I do! She is by far my greatest accomplishment in life, and I am so very blessed to have such a kind, loving and talented daughter. My intention is to equip her with the tools to live a life full of significance and success. Therefore, for the past 23 years, I have been providing support for educators, families, students, and Non-Profits.
ABOUT ME...
My name is Jennifer S. Kramer M.Ed., and I have held many different levels of position within the fields of education, non-profits, and event management. In Education, I have served as an Assistant Principal, development officer, athletic director, teacher, coach, and educational lobbyist. Currently, I am the Co-Founder and Superintendent of MLMPI Prep Academy School System located primarily in South Florida. I have also developed Social Emotional Learning (SEL) educational and drug prevention programming for grades 1-12 in various disciplines. For the past four years, I have participated in the National Educator Summit & National Mentorship Summit in Washington DC to discuss the importance of the SEL Curriculum in the United States. I also currently serve as the Prevention Director for the contract with Atlanta Carolinas-High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (AC-HIDTA) project in which MLMP is providing their GPS for SUCCESS prevention program and training to communities, educators, law enforcement and military in over 18 states.
In the field of Non-Profits, I have assisted over 50 NPO's on creation, funding, and sustainability. I have assisted in raising over 45 million for various Non-Profits and created a comprehensive "A-Z" on how to start and run a Non-Profit. Coupled with this is my event management experience. I have run logistics and production in events for over 20 years ranging from 50 people to 2500 people. Overall, my diverse experience has equipped me with valuable skills to support, prepare and enhance my clients. I am grateful for every opportunity in life and look forward to working with you!
